How Accreditation Works

1

Application Submission

Providers submit required documentation including policies, risk assessments and operational procedures.

2

Compliance Review

Trip Experts conducts a structured document review against our five-pillar framework.

3

Quality Interview

A structured call to review delivery standards, supervision models and programme design.

4

Tier Assessment & Award

Providers are awarded Bronze, Silver or Gold accreditation based on the depth and quality of their compliance evidence.

Note:

Accreditation decisions are based on documented compliance at the time of review. Providers may progress from Bronze to Silver to Gold as they strengthen their governance and delivery standards.

How to Apply for Accreditation

Trip providers interested in becoming a Trip Experts Accredited Partner can begin the process by submitting an initial application and compliance documentation. You will be assessed against the tier that best matches your current level of governance and delivery.
